1. BARBADOS TO BECOME 1ST SOVEREIGN NATION TO HOST ITS
EMBASSY ON THE METAVERSE

Barbados, a Caribbean
island nation, is set to become the first sovereign nation to host
its Embassy, the world’s first virtual-reality embassy, on the
Metaverse.
·
Barbados has signed
an agreement with Decentraland, a blockchain metaverse platform to
establish a digital embassy in Decentraland, a company that hosts a user-owned,
3D digital world, comprised of 90,601 plots of ‘land’.
